The theme this year set by the Archdioceses' Stewardship Committee is "Come and See"; we are invited to "Come and See" the beautiful and Loving gifts our God has given us so that we can in return offer our selves back to God. We do this because He loved us so much that He gave His only begotten Son for us (Jn 3:16). It is my prayer that our parish prayerfully consider how we can please God, as Abel did, and give the best of ourselves.

Enclosed in this month's bulletin is an article about stewardship in the church provided by the Archdiocese. I hope all of you will read it for inspiration. Also, you will be receiving a Stewardship package from our church under separate cover, which will include your pledge card for 2010.
